We make the process of working with us as easy as possible by asking the right questions, right from the start. We propose scenario solutions to fit your business & budgetary requirements. We support your business objectives and key strategies with marketing tactics and ROI metrics that are designed to align with and amplify these efforts. We keep you in-the-loop every step of the way with status reports detailing where we are in the project, what the next step is and what pieces are missing from the client or vendor in order to move the project to the next step.

Our B2B experience is extensive, no matter what the task, big or small, we'll spend time getting to know your products(s), market(s), competitor(s), business strategy and your company. We'll follow your direction, your corporate branding guidelines or agency brief... to deliver exactly what your looking for - always providing top-quality marketing communications deliverables and support you can rely on.

Our process:

To develop, implement, and deliver your marketing communications projects, we have developed a six-step process that defines a strategic cycle for marketing communications activities. It's flexible, so although the process ensures success, we understand that, sometimes you may need us to skip a few steps to get the job done yesterday.

1. Determine basic requirements:
  • Single or ongoing project
  • Type of activity(s)
  • Special details or instructions
  • Budget
  • Delivery requirements
2. Quotation or proposal:
  • Determine an approach that matches clients budgetary and goal requirements
  • Break down key requirements & components
  • Provide client with itemized breakdown of costs, client action items and proposed schedule including key milestones
  • Follow up with client to answer questions or modify quotation to meet specific requirements
  • Re-quote as required
3. Discovery & Creative Direction:
  • Discovery meeting -- we ask specific project related questions (in person, by phone or pre-discovery questionnaire)
  • Assessing your business strategy and needs -- products, market, competitive pressures
  • Determining corporate requirements -- style guidelines, company brief
  • Determine ROI metrics requirements
  • Research your target market -- gauge key competition, technology, market position, market tone & influences...
  • Prepare internal project brief
4. Artistic Direction & Design:
  • Implement creative direction -- review of internal project brief
  • Assign personnel (assess need for internal or external requirements)
  • We follow a efficiency design/production process that gets us from concept right through to delivery of the final product
  • Prepare design concepts (minimum of 3 per project) - this is where we add our creative formula
  • Internal review and proofing. Each step is scrutinized by key personnel in order to provide you with an extremely high-end polished product
  • Present concepts to client, assess feedback, refinement and approval
5. Implementation:
  • Final production includes file process optimization and component checklist
  • Delivery of product to client, or vendor in specified format
6. Evaluation:

Your feedback is very important to us. Shortly after the completion of every project, we will follow up with you to see how the project was received, consider how well you have succeeded against your objectives, and to see if there's anything we could do differently in the future to improve our process. Also, reviewing the results of the completed activities, may provide efficiency insight into the planning and implementation of future efforts.
